“SAFETY” is the first priority at Monark Student Transportation Corporation and its affiliate companies!
With a comprehensive training program developed to ensure that our drivers receive continuing education on all matters pertaining to school bus safety - Monark is at the top of its game!
Through our Driver Training Program, all of our drivers are evaluated by a Monark Driver Trainer at a minimum of twice per year. These evaluations help to assist them in maintaining the highest level of competency as a driver. In addition, a minimum of 6 mandatory Safety Meetings are held throughout the school year, as well as having a dedicated and informed safety staff with a designated safety person and no less than 2 Driver Trainers at each of our Monark locations in Western Pennsylvania.
